Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model

We follow the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model : A four-level model designed to help you measure the effectiveness of your course, from participants’ direct response to the initiative, to the actual business impact the training creates.

  • Level 1: Reaction How people directly respond to training

Metrics: Training experience satisfaction survey or questionnaires with scales from 1 to 10

  • Level 2: Learning Knowledge and skills employees acquire through training

Metrics: Qualitative data such as self-assessments or Quantitative data such as test results to monitor for differences in knowledge and skill levels before and after the training.

  • Level 3: Behavior How training changes behaviors

Metrics: Employee performance review post-training

Quantitative data – Data / Reports from managers after their coaching sessions with the employees

  • Level 4: Impact The impact of training on business goals

Metrics: Surveys to measure the perceptions of customers and stakeholders.
